Return Policy

All returns are subject to approval by MALIZIA staff.

Returns will be accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. All merchandise must still have the designer’s original labels attached including spare buttons and fabric samples. Returns must be sent with a copy of the original invoice, for proper credit. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his expense. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returned goods, including customs clearance costs, duties and taxes that may be due for the return of the goods to Italy. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt and will always be deducted from any expense incurred by Malizia for returning the goods, including PayPal fees.
